- The execution period is subject to increase in case of additions and modifications, and the agreed price value will increase according to your desire.
- The service specifications include technical support for three months in case of any problems or errors.
- If you are unable to execute after paying the advance payment, as this represents losses for the executing company, we may agree on the following:-
- Deduct expenses from the advance payment in case of cancellation within five a day from the date of receipt.
- You are not entitled to a refund of the advance payment after five days from the start of the project.
- As specified in the offer, prices for services provided during the validity period will not be increased except for additional price changes in VAT rates.
- Contrary to what is stated in the previous section, we may monitor variable prices for services whose prices are subject to fluctuations in the financial market over which we have no influence, related to changes and the fact that the prices set relate to the price guide should be mentioned in the offer.
- Price increases within three months after the conclusion of the agreement are allowed only if this results from legal rules and provisions.
- Price increases are allowed from 3 months after the conclusion of the agreement only if the entrepreneur stipulates this as a result of regulations or legal provisions, or you have the right to cancel the deal from the day the price increase takes effect.
- The prices specified in the offer related to services include VAT.
- The client must immediately inform the Entrepreneur of errors in the submitted or specified payment details.
- The right of cancellation and refund cancellations will be considered only if the order is placed within 24 hours; there is no cancellation of orders placed under the same-day delivery category.
- The services and packages you received in Special Offers are also still active.
- Costs in case of cancellation
- When exercising the right of cancellation, reasonable and clear instructions provided by the Entrepreneur for this purpose will be adhered to at the time of the offer or no later than delivery.
- Exceptions to the right of cancellation
- Our official working hours at Ocoda Design and marketing services are Sunday to Thursday. In addition, all Ocoda employees are on official holidays on Fridays, Saturdays, holidays, and official days.
- The company has the right to cancel the contract with the customer if there is a lack of cooperation and failure to respond within a period exceeding two weeks. The customer is not entitled to a refund in this case.
